TAGLIATELLE WITH RAW HAM AND SPINACH

Ingredients:

1 pack raw ham
250 gr. tagliatelle
15 dl (a glass) milk
90 gr grated parmesan cheese
50 gr. fresh cream
50 gr. fresh spinach
20 gr. butter
20 gr. flour type 00
As needed salt
As needed pepper

The strong taste of the raw ham and the delicate one of the spinach melt in a perfect balance

Directions:

To prepare the bechamel heat the milk and the cream over medium heat for some minutes. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the hot milk and cream, pour the flour little by little and whisk to avoid lumps. Add the parmesan cheese, the spinach finely chopped, salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Cut the raw ham Una Vera Italia Baldo into thin strips and cook on a high flame in a non-stick frying pan till golden and crispy, then add to the bechamel.
Cook the pasta in abundant salted water, drain and dress with the sauce béchamel.
