Ingredients:

1 pack  pork roast

100 g fresh ricotta of cow milk

250 g cheese spread

60 g butter

12  rusks

as needed salt

as needed pepper

Directions:

In a mixer, mix together the rusks and melted butter, add salt and pepper. Press into the bottom of three glasses taking care to form a uniform and compact layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to stiffen the compound. Meanwhile, prepare the cream to complete your cheesecake. In a bowl beat together the ricotta and the cheese spread until smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper and the pork roast finely cut with a knife. Mix to obtain a cream firm to the touch and put it into the glasses. Refrigerate again for 3 hours and serve chilled.
