ROLLS SHAPED GIRELLE WITH SALAMI BRIANZA DOP

Ingredients:

1 pack Salami Brianza Brianza DOP

1 bottle mayonnaise

As needed Sliced bread

Amazing finger food ready to be tasted with your favourite cocktail.

Directions:

Lay the sliced bread on a plain surface and thin each slice with a rolling pin. Spread a thick layer of mayonnaise on the whole surface and then lay the slices of Salami Brianza DOP on the bread. Roll up in small roulades, wrap tightly in aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Remove the aluminum foil and cut the rolls in slices of about 1 cm thick. Serve with seasonal vegetables.
