ORANGES AND BRESAOLA LIGHT SALAD

Ingredients:

1 pack Bresaola
1 head iceberg salad
2 oranges
10 cherry tomatoes
As needed lemon juice
As needed extra virgin olive oil
As needed pepper
As needed salt

A light salad with an unusual taste: ideal to accompany bresaola.

Directions:

Clean and wash the iceberg salad carefully and cut it into thin stripes Peel off the oranges and then peel off the segments, too. Mix the orange wedges, the salad and the cherry tomatoes cut in four pieces in a bowl. Place on a platter with the slices of Bresaola in the centre and drizzle with a dressing of oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
