Delicious meatballs with something more: Porchetta
Directions:
Cut off the crust of the bread, cut the loaf of bread into pieces and mix it until completely in crumbs.
In a large bowl stir the ground meat, the sausage without skin, the porchetta finely chopped, salt and pepper until combined. Add the chopped clove of garlic, the grated parmesan cheese, and the beaten eggs. In the end add the bread.
Stir well to get a creamy and soft mixture. Form meat mixture into balls and roll the meatballs in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and when hot, dip in the meatballs. Fry by turning them upside down occasionally until browned and cooked through. Lay on oil absorbing cooking paper. Serve warm.
