Chili caciotta cheese: 1 tray
White yogurt: 300 gr
mango: 1
The freshness of mango yogurt joins chili caciotta cheese: a unique combination of tastes.
Directions:
Peel the skin, remove the stone and cut the flesh of your mango into bite-size chunks. Blend them together with yogurt to obtain a smooth cream without lumps. Pour the cream into three little glass jars – yogurt jars would be ideal. Garnish each jar with 3 slices of Chili Caciotta Cheese in the shape of a rose.
