CARPACCIO AND SWEET PROVOLONE ROLLS

Ingredients:

1 pack Provolone
300 gr. beef carpaccio
50 gr. breadcrumbs
As needed sweet paprika
As needed extra virgin olive oil
As needed salt
As needed pepper
If wished lemon juice

Crunchiness combined with delicate taste: a great dish that kids will also appreciate

Directions:

Add salt, pepper and sweet paprika to the breadcrumbs. Place the meat slices in breadcrumbs to coat entirely. On each meat slice put a half rolled slice of Sweet Provolone and roll it up tightly. Use 1 toothpick to secure the steak roll. Place a little extra virgin olive oil in a skillet. Fry the chops until golden brown. Turn the chops once and continue frying until cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side. Put them on kitchen paper.
If you wish, sprinkle them with lemon juice and serve warm.
