BRESAOLA AND CREAM CHEESE BUNDLES

Servings: 6 (three rolls each)

Ingredients:

Bresaola: 1 tray

Cream cheese: 150 gr

Pitted black or green olives: 50 gr

Pistachios: 30 gr

Desalted capers: 20 gr

Extra virgin olive oil: to taste

Pepper: to taste

Salt: to taste

Fresh chives: a few stalks

A quick and easy recipe for a fancy dinner: success is guaranteed.

Directions:

Roughly mince pistachios, chop the olives, and combine them with cream cheese. Add minced capers, salt, oil and pepper to the cheese as well. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. You are now ready to make your bundles: place a spoonful of the mixture in the middle of each slice of bresaola, then shape the slices so that they look like little bundles. Tie the top by using chive stalks and create tiny bows.
