CACIOTTA WITH CHILLI
The taste of this fresh cheese produced exclusively with Italian milk according to the best cheese making tradition is more vivid thanks to the chilli.
PECORINO
A careful care by processing the curd of the sheep milk and by resting for at least 1 month in the curing rooms give the paste of this cheese a beautiful straw-yellow color, its typical consistency slightly elastic and the pleasant and delicate taste balanced between sweet, salty and spicy.
PROVOLONE
It is thanks to a careful processing and curing for at least 30 days that provolone is particularly soft, has a uniform yellow color and a strong sweet taste with perfumes and aromes of warm milk and butter.
SMOKED SCAMORZA
The taste of this scamorza exclusively made from Italian milk, is intense, never spicy. The golden-color rind and the delicate aroma are those of the typical wood smoking.
SWEET SCAMORZA
Scamorza is a cheese which has a very short, is prepared with cows milk. It is bound with a straw string to form a head and lower portion; it is pear shaped. The paste is white and forms a string like that of a mozzarella. This scamorza is made from exclusevely Italian milk.
